We were delighted to be able to help support The Visionaries in August 2021. We were able to fund a group of 5 young adults on their Lake District, off-grid adventure called ‘The Village At The Edge Of The World’ in August 2021.
The iconic Dubs Hut Bothy has been renovated, thanks to a grant from the RHCT
We have provided ongoing support of the regeneration of the Park and specifically the creation of the new camping and glamping site. With our support earlier this summer they were able to add disabled ramp access to the shower block and create an accessible entrance to the facility.
The Trust contributed funds to mark the path, making it easily accessible to locals and visitors alike.
RHCT have supported the later stages of this project by donating just over £18k to provide much needed funds to buy new signposts and tools for the volunteers.
