Booking your Holiday

Book Online

Booking online couldn’t be easier. To browse the full range of our walking or activity holidays you can either use the search box or the top menu options.

Once you have found the walking or activity holiday you want, the departure date and the walking grade that suits you, then click the ‘Book Now’ button for your chosen departure, follow the on-screen instructions and make a payment using our secure payment system.

If all the parts of your chosen holiday are fully available you will receive an email message confirming your booking straight away. This will be followed by a Confirmation of Booking invoice which will be posted to you.

In the event that any aspect of your holiday, such as a flight seat or chosen room type, is unavailable at the time of booking you will be given a booking reference and an on-screen indication that your booking has been noted, we will then endeavour to secure all missing aspects of your holiday arrangement and contact you in due course as soon as possible.

Individual holiday departures will be flagged up as:

• Available

Available to book immediately - all aspects of the holiday in place and ready to be booked.

• Limited

Either a room, flight or other aspect needs to be obtained before the holiday can be confirmed

• Sold Out

Holiday full - no additional places can be requested

• Provisional

Holiday price not yet available - please ask about an Advance Registration for this holiday.

Feel free to speak to one of our Sales & Reservations team about a planned holiday or to make a booking, we can answer your questions and quickly run through the booking process for you.

In most instances, we’ll be able to confirm your place whilst you’re on the phone leaving you just to look forward to your holiday.

Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm

Saturdays:  9.15am to 12pm (3pm in January and February) 

When you call, we will ask you to provide your passport details for holidays including flights or a cruise, as well as your travel insurance details if you are not purchasing a policy from us. Don’t worry if you have not got these details with you at the time of booking, as you can let us know at any time before the date your holiday balance payment is due. At this time, you will need to confirm that you had read and accepted our holiday Terms & Conditions available on this website or in the relevant brochure.
