From the mountains to the sea, South Africa with its rich diversity of landscapes, wildlife and natural beauty, will take your breath away. Take a moment to drink it all in as you stand atop Table Mountain, or watch some of the country’s famous residents - the African penguin - as they waddle across the shoreline to dart in and out of the waves.

Both fly-cruises begin with an overnight stay in Cape Town.
Our unique shore walks and excursions include:
We take a 4 x 4 adventure through Addo National Elephant Park to see elephants, Cape Buffalo and much more in their natural habitat. Our second day sees us on a guided city tour with a local guide.
Set within Zululand, we take a trip to Hluhluwe Game Reserve and walk along the superb beaches to The Cave of the Bats.
We take a tour of the city with a local guide to explore the largest city in the province of KwaZulu Natal. We visit the Kwa Mashu Apartheid Museum which is acknowledged as the pre-eminent museum in the world dealing with 20th century South Africa, at the heart of which is the apartheid story.
With a rich history, it’s hardly surprising that there are several important museums here. Apart from the Maritime Museum, there are others devoted to the wild flowers of the area, to seashells and to local cultural history. We explore the museums with a local guide and there may be time for a swim from one of the white-sand beaches.
There’s much to discover during almost three days in the ‘Mother City’. We spend a day visiting the stunning scenery at Cape Point and the penguins of Boulders Beach. Weather permitting we take the cable car to the top of Table Mountain and walk down into Kirstenbosch Gardens. We can also visit District 6, a former inner-city residential area where over 60,000 of its inhabitants were forcibly removed during the 1970s by the Apartheid Regime.
