Exploring the Sorrento PeninsulaGreat hotel, world class sites.
Here’s our perennially popular Sorrento Peninsula holiday. We stay in the beautifully situated and pleasantly appointed Hotel Mary. At the end of a hard day in the hills or amongst the historic sites you can now relax by the hotel pool and enjoy the fantastic views out across the Bay of Naples.
We combine the Sorrento Peninsula and the Lattari Mountains with visits to Pompeii, Herculaneum and other places of interest such as Amalfi and Ravello. We can spend a day in the animated and colourful city of Naples which is richly endowed with beautiful churches and palaces. There is normally time for a visit to Capri. However such is the concentration of great walking and world class sightseeing you could happily spend three weeks here and not see it all. The Sorrento Peninsula is definitely somewhere you need to come back to again and again.
Please note that fares and entrance fees for the trips from Vico Equense are not included in the holiday charge.

Holiday: The holiday gave us the opportunity of exploring the area on foot, using coaches, trains and buses. The leader was very knowledgeable of the area and the guides were very informative. The hotel and staff were excellent and very caring. Using Easy Jet instead of BA for the return journey meant Ramblers fell below their usual high standard.
Holiday: Everything worked very well, good travel and transit arrangements, nice hotel and catering, good itinerary which became flexible to suit the weather whilst taking care of the needs of the 20 customers. Fantastic guide who made all this happen (Audrey Sheen)

Holiday: Audrey was such a caring and competent leader she helped us form a cohesive happy group in the short time we were together. The best Ramblers holiday I have had.
