Walking Tip: Increase Your Pace, not Your Stride

If you want to up the pace a little when you’re walking, instead of increasing the length of your stride (and maybe causing some damage), increase the actual number of steps you take. This naturally increases your speed, and burns more calories too if that’s a consideration!
