Walking in the Canadian Rockies

Spectacular mountains and scenery to be believed!
Overview

This Rocky Mountain adventure starts in Vancouver, one of the most beautifully situated cities in the world and then moves on into the vast and staggeringly beautiful Rocky Mountain landscape.

After three nights in Vancouver we move on to the Cascade Mountains and Manning Park, a small resort nestling a good walk from the US border and Washington State. Our walks in classic mountain scenery really begin here; we’ll get up onto ridges and peaks, see the wildlife (bear, elk, eagles, coyotes, marmots and deer may all be spotted), and enjoy the clean fresh mountain air and unparalleled views.

We journey from Manning up the North Thompson River to the Rockies and Jasper National Park passing Mt Robson, at nearly 4000m the highest point in the Canadian Rockies. Our week is split between Jasper and Banff National Parks in mountain scenery renowned the world over for its beauty, pristine wilderness and fantastic walking. You won’t be disappointed.
