Glorious Walking in Spain
Exploring the delights of this beautiful island.
West of Africa is the attractive island of Gomera. First glimpses from the boat on its 90 minute journey from Los Cristianos in Tenerife to Gomera suggest that the island is barren and deserted, but you soon realise that the extraordinary fertility of the main islands is here also.
Superb walking in amongst Southern Spain’s hill villages.
Unmentioned in any of the guide books for Southern Spain, the Andalucian town of Competa is truly a hidden gem. Ideally situated, there's a good network of footpaths, passing olive groves and valleys of orchards. Many paths and tracks give us a good mix of short and long walks into the hills.
Great walks from a remote and attractive part of Majorca.
One week guided walking holiday in Majorca. Enjoy spring and autumn rambles from our base in Puerto de Soller. We’ll walk both on the coast and in the mountainous hinterland. This area of Majorca offers a great variety of scenery and difficulty of terrain. We can see Puig Mayor (1400m) and Teix, the two highest peaks of the west coast Sierra de Tramuntana range.
Walking ‘The Way‘. Further highlights of this historic pilgrims’ route in Spain.
Between León and Santiago de Compostela is the Spanish continuation of our perennially popular Route St Jacques holiday. Pilgrim feet have passed over these trails for a thousand years, their journey culminating in an embrace of the statue of St James.

The white-washed villages of green Spain- an Adagio holiday
