Munro Starter Pack

Hiking the Scottish peaks over 3,000ft from glen to glen. 7 nights.
Overview

The Scottish Munros are a right of passage for mountain walkers. The 283 peaks over 3000ft classified by Sir Hugh Munro can take many years to bag so how do you fancy taking on 23 in 6 days? We aim to conquer an ambitious 18 primary Munros and possibly 5 subsidiary peaks over 3,000ft; this is a tough tour without any doubt, but one which takes you not only to fabulous peaks, but along some of the finest ridge walking anywhere in the world. We hit some of the big names in the Highlands like Ben More and Ben Lui. We walk the amazing Buachaille Etive Mor ridge above Glencoe, take on five Munros in the Mamores and climax with the seven Munros to the south of Glen Shiel.

All of our walks are linear - our private transport takes us to one point, then picks us up at another one. Thus we avoid the logistical problems so many Munro baggers encounter, eliminating the need to retrace our steps. And at the end of the day you return to a comfortable hotel and a good meal. You need to be fit, happy with some easy scrambling and up for a big Highland Adventure.
