60 players took part competing for a range of prizes generously sponsored by The Andalucian Tourist Board and some of our other business partners including, Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines , Keela Purist Outdoor Apparel Clothing and Ten Alps creative & media .
The overall winner was Jose Donaldson from the St Ives Golf Club. She won a golfing holiday for two at Ramblers Worldwide Holidays five star El Rompido Golf Hotel in Andalucia who also kindly sponsored the prize. Presenting the prize to Jose are Kathy Cook & Tony Lock (pictured) Joint Managing Directors of Ramblers Worldwide Holidays.
Talking after her win, Jose said ....‘ I’m thrilled to have won and am very excited at now having the opportunity to play golf and stay at such a lovely resort hotel in southern Spain's Andalucia’.
Jose won on count back in a tight competition with Allan Harvey from Dorchester Golf Club.
This was Ramblers Worldwide Holidays third successful Golf Day.
