Ramblers Worldwide Holidays supports SPANA ......

Through our own in house charitable venture, "Heart and Sole", we have made a valuable donation to SPANA in Morocco
who regularly provide care to animals working in the tourism industry in and around Marrakech and the High Atlas Mountains.

Here is a quote from Helen Nelson who heads up the "Heart and Sole" Charity:
"After a recent visit to Marrakech by RWH office staff, we saw first-hand the work that SPANA is doing in Morocco and wanted to support this worthy cause through Heart & Sole"

71315 Exploring the Furness Peninsulas (5 nights)

These holidays are based at the Abbot Hall Hotel near Grange-over-Sands on Cumbria’s Morecambe Bay coast, just outside the Lake District National Park boundary.
Meals are on a half board with a packed lunch available from the hotel.
We’ve previously operated holidays from Grange-over-Sands (from the Cumbria Grand Hotel), Kents Bank is just a couple of miles and one stop on the railway line down the coast – so we will be operating a similar programme of coastal and estuary walks as well as some days into the Southern Lake District at Windermere and Coniston.

The Abbot Hall Hotel is right on the coast overlooking the bay and is a part of the same hotel group as the Treloyhan Manor Hotel in St Ives (code 78507 / 78506) and the Lindors Country House Hotel in the Wye Valley (code 71407 / 71406).
The hotel is easily reachable from Junction 36 of the M6 or by rail from Kents Bank station which lies at the end of the hotel’s gardens.

The holiday is available to view here: http://www.ramblersholidays.co.uk/page/exploring-the-furness-peninsulas
